Job Summary
Assist in patient evaluation and re-evaluation as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, then implement treatment plans with precision according to established protocols. Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and functional training, adapting approaches based on individual capabilities while monitoring and documenting progress to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families about conditions and interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to restore function and alleviate pain across diverse populations including those recovering from surgery, chronic conditions, and neurological disorders. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while participating in ongoing staff training and development sessions.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
