Job Summary
Drive your vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist and document infractions using an association-issued iPad. Apply standards from association documents to real-life situations and track violation notices with company software while ensuring property details are accurately recorded and reported to the General Manager. Maintain aesthetic and operational standards by observing details at close range and communicating information effectively to homeowners and staff. This role supports enforcement of community rules and regulations within Hunter's Green, a gated development featuring 43 lakes and extensive recreational facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have a high level of IT proficiency
- Must be exceptionally organized
- Must possess strong time management skills
- Must have the ability to multitask daily
- Must be a team player
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required
- The ability to utilize technology is mandatory
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions while on-site at various communities
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies)
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
