Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced Ocala, FL call center, helping customers and finding solutions. Must be able to work in the Ocala office, type 25-30 words per minute, and demonstrate integrity and reliability. Requires passing a post-offer background check and drug screen, and working in a Windows-based environment. Participates in ongoing training (14 days) and benefits from a flexible schedule, PTO, health plans, and a 401K. Ability to multitask, stay punctual with great attendance, and work within a diverse, inclusive team is essential.
