Job Summary
Onsite Office Assistant for RealManage Elevated Onsite in Chicago, handling front-desk reception and serving as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, realtors, and staff. Responsibilities include answering direct calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff, assisting residents with reservations and payments for facilities, onboarding new residents, maintaining updated community records in software (Building Link, Ciranet), processing deposits, helping residents navigate portals and access information, distributing and explaining guidelines, producing documents, programming access fob keys, maintaining office supplies, supporting community communications (Friday updates) and assisting with projects and events. Required are a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with MS Office, ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team, and HOA experience is ideal.
Required Qualifications
