Onsite Night Guest Attendant

Job Summary
Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night to ensure safety and security. Assist with after-hours guest check-ins and check-outs while addressing immediate needs or concerns. Complete laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, plus perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Perform room preps for units cleared by the day shift and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs. Remain on call overnight for after-hours guest requests. Work evening shifts with a free room provided to coordinate overnight on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- hotel operations experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in solving problems
- Willing to work a changing schedule
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
- Know and follow property emergency procedures
- Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Regularly be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
