Onsite Night Guest Attendant

Job Summary
Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night to ensure safety and security. Assist with after-hours guest check-ins and check-outs while addressing guest needs and concerns. Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas, plus room preps for rooms cleared by day shift. Follow property emergency procedures and remain on call overnight for after-hours guest needs. Work evening shifts with a free room provided to coordinate overnight on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- hotel operations experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in solving problems
- Willing to work a changing schedule
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
