Job Summary
Onsite Medical Representative provides first aid, referrals to outside medical providers, and coaching on health and safety for Amazon Associates. Responsibilities include maintaining care records, coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, producing daily activity logs and shift reports, engaging with associates and leadership on at-risk work habits, maintaining medical supplies, and facilitating first aid/CPR/AED training and certifications. The role supports OSHA regulations and emergency response on-site; requires high school diploma, BLS, and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, with potential preference for trainers certified to teach first aid/CPR/AED and experience with OSHA/workers’ comp programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider
- Current EMT or Paramedic Certification from DoH OR NREMT OR Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification
