Job Summary
Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed; minimize AA injury risk through education and proactive engagement; maintain care records; coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work for work-related injuries; deliver daily activity logs and shift reports; engage with associates and leadership to coach on unsafe work habits; maintain medical supply inventory and assist with certification trainings (First Aid, CPR, AED); work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; assist with saliva drug testing protocols; ensure emergency medical care delivery and on-site response; comply with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved emergency cardiac care (ECC) provider
- EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health OR NREMT OR Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or equivalent State Certification
