Job Summary
Onsite Marketing Representative for the Virginia Beach Dome responsible for real-time social media coverage and venue marketing support. Responsibilities include escorting photographers/videographers to approved areas, posting lively real-time content on Instagram, capturing phone clips, monitoring and responding to comments, staying current with Instagram trends, collaborating with internal teams to highlight venue offerings, ensuring signage and displays are current, and assisting with general venue duties as directed by management. Required skills include proven Instagram management experience, strong communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and a fast-paced, proactive work style. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
- Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
- Creative, proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
