Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for the onsite client location and lead recruiting efforts to hire and manage the hourly workforce. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with client HR, production, and facilities contacts; achieving client hiring objectives; developing candidate databases; managing a multi-shift workforce including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations; auditing new hire paperwork; conducting interviews and screenings (drug screening, background checks, skills testing); producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; ensuring compliance with company policies; coordinating with corporate departments on unemployment and workers’ compensation issues; conducting weekly safety inspections; and performing additional duties as assigned. Spanish language skills are strongly preferred, and the role emphasizes logistics/recruiting, teamwork, and a structured onboarding/safety program.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of Recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of Management experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
