Job Summary
Onsite Manager role overseeing warehouse staffing at a client facility in Hebron, KY. Responsibilities include supervising associates on the production floor, monitoring performance, conducting new hire orientations, coaching to improve performance and reduce turnover, producing daily/weekly attendance and performance reports in Excel and Google Sheets, conducting injury and employee investigations, and assisting with recruiting as needed. Requires prior warehouse management onsite experience, bilingual Spanish/English, proficiency with Microsoft Office ( emphasis on Excel ), adaptability to changing schedules, and the ability to work with a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary
- Previous experience with onsite staffing management
