Job Summary
Onsite Maintenance Technician maintains common-area systems in a luxury condominium community, conducts routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, diagnoses issues and coordinates repairs with contractors, performs preventive maintenance, and communicates professionally with unit owners, HOA board members, and management. Responsibilities include maintaining records, ensuring code and safety compliance, and supporting building operations with flexible schedules (nights/weekends as needed).
