Job Summary
Welcome visitors, demonstrate home models and floor plans, and communicate the benefits of newly constructed residential properties. Overcome sales objections, close deals, and receive offers while referring financing questions to our preferred lender. Document transactions, follow up on loan applications, monitor sales and cancellations, and conduct weekly calls with buyers until closing. Generate 50% of new prospects through networking and referrals, create competitive market analyses, and host grand openings and community events. Ensure all sales models and communities remain properly maintained and that marketing materials are updated. Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to drive, travel between communities, and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous sales experience
- Current local Real Estate license
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move about work location
- Ability to drive/travel as needed with valid driver's license
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand
- Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs
