Job Summary
Welcome visitors, demonstrate home models and sites, and discuss floor plans and construction options to communicate benefits. Overcome sales objections, close transactions, and document sales while referring financing questions to KBHS. Generate 50% of new prospects through networking and referrals, then conduct weekly follow-up calls until homes close. Maintain community cleanliness, update marketing materials, and present to real estate brokers to attract them to communities. Host grand openings and community events while utilizing competitive market analysis to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous sales experience
- Current local Real Estate license
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move about work location
- Ability to drive/travel as needed with valid driver's license
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand
- Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed
- Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with customer relationship management software
