Job Summary
Onsite Leasing Ambassador at Maymont Homes (Build to Rent) serves as the face of the community, greeting prospects, guiding tours of model homes, and providing information on the leasing process via phone, in person, and email. The role requires preparing the community and homes for daily leasing activities, knowledge of fair housing and local real estate laws, and strong communication and customer-service skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Quickbase, MRI, CMS, and Birdeye is desired. The position emphasizes high-volume, detail-oriented work with multitasking and problem-solving abilities; extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Leasing, Property Management, or Customer Service
- Knowledge of fair housing and local real estate laws
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced preferred
- Working knowledge of Quickbase, MRI, CMS, and Birdeye Reputation Management
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills in fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Ability to work in a high-volume, data-entry environment
- Must be able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
