Job Summary
Operate multi-axis CNC milling, grinding, lathe, and injection molding equipment while performing machine setups, tooling changes, and program offsets to produce quality parts. Monitor production runs, inspect products using calipers and laser gauges, and troubleshoot breakdowns by diagnosing issues, disassembling equipment, and replacing or sharpening tooling. Maintain machines through cleaning, oil checks, and coolant management, while reporting accurate counts of parts, scrap, and labor hours. Comply with 6S standards, cross-train across work areas, and work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- Ability to demonstrate basic math and computer skills and perform visual quality inspections
- Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents
- Ability to communicate and work as a team member
- Ability to work overtime as needed by the company
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, or injection molding machines
- Ability to obtain a Klein provided crane certification
