Job Summary
Provide face-to-face IT support, handle hardware installation and diagnostics for PCs, laptops, and printers, and manage system changes, scripts, and updates within the MS Windows 10 and Office 365 environment using SCCM. Lead small projects related to new hardware or software deployment while maintaining effective relationships with business users and team members. Maintain excellent proficiency in both French and English.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment
- French: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
- General End User technology knowledge
- End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
- End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
- Working setup: 100% onsite
- Permanent contract
- Desired start date: 1st of August, 2026
- All employees are required to complete mandatory training programs as part of their employment
- Onboarding training, which is compulsory for all new hires
- Health & Safety (H&S) training in accordance with local legislation and internal policies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Manufactory based organization
- ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software)
