Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple school sites; create and manage IT support tickets, keeping staff informed; install and configure software and devices including laptops, Chromebooks, hotspots, and phones; provide hands-on and remote technical support to staff and students; serve as the onsite point of contact for IT equipment deployment and management; partner with the central IT team to proactively identify and resolve issues; train staff and teachers on the correct use of devices and educational technology; travel between school locations in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- AA, Undergraduate degree and or Certifications (A+, Net+, or Security +) (preferred)
