Job Summary
Onsite IT Support Technician role in Germany (Berlin or Munich) focused on maintaining and supporting IT systems for multiple client locations, with hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, user training, and end-user assistance. Responsibilities include sustaining IT systems, prioritizing issues, providing step-by-step guidance, recording issues in the knowledge base, and enabling end users through education. Requires 2+ years of experience, fluent German (C1) and English, and hands-on work across Windows, macOS, Office 365, devices, peripherals, basic hardware upgrades, network/Wi‐Fi basics, printers/scanners, AV gear, and room/meeting tech. The position is fully onsite in Germany (Berlin or Munich), with a focus on in-person collaboration and support for end users. Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Fluency in German (C1) and English
- Experience with ServiceNow tickets
- Software deployment and software issues experience
- Support of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS and Microsoft Office 365
- End user device and software support
- HW peripherals and upgrade tasks
- Knowledge of network/Wi‐Fi and basic server/storage support
- Experience with meeting room equipment and AV systems
- Documentation/Knowledge Management maintenance
