Job Summary
Onsite Hospitality Manager responsible for overseeing a 30+ unit property in Dallas, TX, managing reservations across Landing and OTA channels (Airbnb, Booking.com), driving guest experience from booking through checkout, and maintaining property/housekeeping partner relationships. You’ll live onsite to respond quickly to guest needs, coordinate with property management teams, and report on market KPIs (NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth). The role emphasizes operating with autonomy, triaging urgent issues, and building scalable systems in a fast-moving, growth-stage hospitality environment. Responsibilities include reservation management, guest inquiries and escalations, onboarding/installing units, and maintaining vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality unit standards.
