Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individualized therapy needs based on medical backgrounds and recovery goals. Develop and oversee customized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore function. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and assistive devices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Work onsite at our Fort Myers facility with a Monday-to-Friday flexible schedule, utilizing state-of-the-art therapy tools to support diverse populations ranging from children to adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer systems and basic word processing
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and patient needs
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Recent graduates with substantial clinical experience during education
