Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual patient goals, then manage a caseload of one patient per hour to deliver personalized treatment plans. Implement comprehensive therapy using manual techniques and exercise protocols to reduce pain and improve mobility, while maintaining up-to-date documentation in WebPT EMR Software. Motivate patients to adopt healthy habits and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care for orthopedic and post-surgical clients. Operate onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a supportive outpatient facility focused on evidence-based interventions and patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Valid Colorado license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record and no history of disciplinary actions
- Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and expertise in developing effective exercise protocols for rehabilitation
- Proficient in utilizing WebPT EMR Software for managing patient information and treatment documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient orthopedic therapy settings is highly desirable, particularly with a focus on sports medicine rehabilitation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to a patient-centered care approach
