Job Summary
Onsite Planning Executive to join Reed Talent Solutions' Service Delivery team, supporting one of our key clients (Royal Mail). You will manage the Angard Staffing on-site workforce at Royal Mail sites nationwide, handle worker/client queries, collaborate with central delivery and deployment teams, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Key duties include supervising Angard staff on-site, identifying deployment gaps, and ensuring a high standard of service through close teamwork with an onsite team. The role requires prior on-site warehousing/logistics experience, strong client/stakeholder engagement, and proficient computer skills. Shift patterns include early mornings and late evenings over two weekend days, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, deployment optimization, and a focus on delivering reliable workforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working onsite in a warehousing/logistics/distribution environment
- Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience working as part of a diverse and multi-functional team
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software
