Job Summary
Onsite Enterprise Help Desk Agent needed to provide 1st line support via calls, emails, and tickets for mobile device issues (iOS, Android, Chrome). Responsibilities include responding within SLA, device setup and activations, troubleshooting hardware/software and enrollment issues, supporting standard OS-delivered apps, managing passwords, assisting with system updates, and ticket management for end users. Requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, experience with Microsoft 365, and ability to work at our Westlake, OH office. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; 1-2 years of mobility helpdesk experience or related technical service is required. Onsite, full-time role with flexible hours and routine training in new products.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of mobility helpdesk or first-line technical service experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- ServiceNow and Zendesk experience a PLUS
- Background check ability
- Organized, detail-oriented with multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
