Job Summary
Respond to IT incidents and service requests, logging and resolving issues to minimize business impact and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include escalating incidents within Operational Level Agreements, logging incoming requests per ITIL processes, user provisioning for Active Directory, and monitoring systems. Required skills include strong communication, proactive problem-solving, understanding of IT systems and networks, customer service orientation, and desktop support experience. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and be familiar with ITIL and desktop support tools.

- Understanding of WAN/LAN technologies
- Active Directory knowledge
- Experience of setting up network printers and troubleshooting
- Software installations and troubleshooting
