Job Summary
Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure equipment readiness and seamless operations. Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures, while inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and coordinating replacement of instruments. Transport, clean, sterilize, and package surgical instruments to ensure compliance, and manage repair processes to monitor equipment status. Troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time within the operating room to support successful procedures. Work Monday through Friday. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, service-oriented teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across clinical teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- A customer-first approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new medical technologies
- Clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and clinical staff
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- CRCST certification or interest in obtaining certification
- Experience supporting surgical instruments or medical devices
