Job Summary
Support Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and Biomedical Engineering teams by setting up, inspecting, and troubleshooting endoscopic equipment and video towers during surgical procedures. Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments while monitoring performance and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure surgical readiness. Coordinate repairs, replacements, or service exchanges to minimize disruptions in the hospital environment. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM onsite at a customer hospital.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, healthcare services, sales, or other clinical environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving equipment up to 25 pounds
- Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Onsite position located within a customer hospital environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- CRCST certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience supporting surgical instruments, endoscopic equipment, or medical devices
- Familiarity with operating room procedures, sterile processing workflows, or hospital environments
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service in fast-paced clinical settings
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities when addressing technical or operational challenges
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and internal partners
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn complex medical technologies and systems
