Job Summary
Onsite Endoscopic Specialist in Austin, TX providing hands-on support for KARL STORZ endoscopic devices in hospital OR/SPD settings. Responsibilities include face-to-face customer support in OR/SPD/Biomed, video tower/system setup, inspection and repair of devices, troubleshooting, repair management, instrument sterilization and packaging, and facilitating repair/exchange transactions. Preferred Associate's degree and/or CRCST certification; relocation reimbursement is offered. Strong written/spoken English, collaborative team environment, and proficiency with MS Excel are valued.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- English business communication skills
- Drug screening required
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs
