Job Summary
Serve as an EHS internal training instructor: updating training materials, delivering training sessions, consolidating attendance records and addressing questions. Lead annual customer agreement meetings with materials and cross-BU coordination on work risk assessment. Conduct routine customer safety meetings and prepare related materials. Oversee high-risk work supervision and coordinate with customers to prevent safety violations. Perform customer site patrols and audits at customer fabs, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions; submit daily reports. Manage gowning areas and storage per 6S. Engage with customer EHS meetings, ensure compliance with security, government, and company EHS requirements (PIP). Respond to incidents and coordinate follow-up actions. Support drills, procure cleanroom supplies, and assist with related tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's level degree
- 1 year related work experience preferred
- Class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs (甲種業務主管) or Class B
- Occupational safety and health management personnel above is preferred
- Good Knowledge of local EHS regulations or customer EHS/ PIP rules
- Good in communication, collaboration, problem solving skills
- Good in Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
