Job Summary
Onsite EHS Engineer providing internal training and customer-site safety leadership. Responsibilities include updating training materials, delivering sessions, organizing annual customer agreement meetings, conducting routine EHS patrols and audits at customer fabs, supervising high-risk work to prevent safety incidents, coordinating with Business Units on risk assessment content, ensuring compliance with PIP and government/customer EHS requirements, incident response and follow-up actions, and supporting additional duties such as fire drills and cleanroom logistics. Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree with preference for safety-management certifications; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required. Location is onsite in Tainan City, Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's level degree
- Class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs (甲種業務主管)or Class B Occupational safety and health management personnel above is preferred
- Nice to have the latest TSMC Green Card (by year) Certification (最新年度台積小綠卡認證)
- Good Knowledge of local EHS regulations or customer EHS/ PIP rules
- Good in communication, collaboration, problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions and communicate effectively
- Good in Microsoft Office skills (ex: PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
