Job Summary
Conduct individual short-term counseling, leadership consultations, and crisis risk assessments for employees at ComPsych's EAP program in Auburn Hills, MI. Deliver in-person and telehealth support, facilitate critical incident debriefings, and lead training sessions on behavioral health topics. Address program benefit inquiries and participate in mental health promotion activities, including ad hoc educational events and health fair presentations. Schedule includes 24 hours per week, three days onsite, with a preferred Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm rotation. Hourly pay ranges from $55.00 to $70.00.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline or doctorate in psychology
- The highest independent clinical license to practice in Michigan (LPC, LCSW)
- At least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Experience in work-related issues at employer's worksite
- Experience with crisis management, substance use and psychiatric treatment
- Demonstrated experience consulting with management in organizations
- Ability to work a Part-Time In Person schedule: 24 hours/week (3 days a week) onsite
- Sound clinical judgment applied to both clinical and organizational needs
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Active membership in professional organizations
Desired Qualifications
- CEAP certification preferred
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm is preferred consistent schedule, and we're open to discussion
