Job Summary
Conduct physical assessments, diagnose, and treat dermatological disorders including pre-cancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, and infections. Perform full body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, and ED&C procedures for an established patient base in Rockford, IL retirement communities and nursing homes. This medically oriented role serves an underserved population, utilizing a cloud-based EMR with fully staffed back office support for billing and insurance verification. Requires one day per week of daily travel across two to three communities, one year of medical dermatology experience, and a valid state PA or NP license. Geriatric experience is a plus.

- Daily travel required
- Location: Rockford, IL and surrounding areas
- Traditionally 2-3 communities per day
