Onsite Coordinator (Residential Apartments)

Conduct in-person duties at apartment communities including showing units, performing property and apartment inspections, and completing the move-in process with new residents. Meet with customers, residents, and vendors while ensuring models and groups are in touring condition. Assist walk-in customers and maintain onsite records by entering and following up on work-orders and make readies. Support centralized administration and maintenance departments with other duties as assigned.
