Onsite Coordinator II, Scientific Support

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations at customer facilities by coordinating inventory replenishment, processing material orders, and managing warehouse requests for Production and Quality Control. Restock laboratory consumables, document incoming goods, and coordinate material movements between site locations while maintaining accurate stock records. Support facilities activities including cleaning schedules, vendor visits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational continuity in a regulated scientific environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience within logistics, warehouse, inventory management, facilities support, or operational environments
  • Experience handling dangerous goods and/or cryogenic materials
  • Experience working in accordance with ADR regulations
  • Experience supporting scientific research organisations, laboratories, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated environments
  • Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of inventory management processes and operational workflows
  • Awareness of how teams interact internally and externally to support wider business objectives
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Experience using inventory, warehouse, or business management systems
  • Proficiency in data capture, analysis, and reporting using various IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
