Job Summary
On-site Coordinator supporting a client’s HR team to recruit and manage an hourly workforce.Responsibilities include establishing recruiting requirements, interviewing candidates, building candidate pools, creating recruiting strategies, overseeing onboarding, payroll preparation, attendance tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with HRIS and payroll systems. Coordinate with the Onsite Manager to align with OSHA and client guidelines, audit new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment screening, provide new hire orientation, and assist with site-wide HR tasks. Role is 2nd shift (approx 2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm) with overtime as determined by management. Desired skills include bilingual ability, 1–2 years recruiting experience, familiarity with warehouse/manufacturing environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems.
