Job Summary
Director-level role leading resident engagement, community programming, event operations, and sponsorship development for Stonebridge Ranch Community Association. Responsible for planning and executing year-round events, managing budgets and vendor relationships, growing sponsorship revenue, coordinating volunteers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote programs and resident experience. Requires strategic program development, operations oversight, and strong communication with residents, sponsors, and committees; oversees post-event reporting and evaluation to optimize community programming and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, hospitality, event operations, resident/client experience, sponsorship development, lifestyle programming, public relations, or large-scale public-facing operations.
- Experience managing events, vendors, sponsors, staffing plans, volunteers, or community partnerships.
- Experience creating or managing revenue-generating programs, sponsorship packages, or partnership initiatives strongly preferred.
