Job Summary
Direct the work of all department managers and develop annual operating, cash, and capital budgets while overseeing compliance with community policies. Prepare monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors and coordinate long-range business plans aligned with association by-laws. Establish ongoing dialogue with members to elicit input on direction and improvements, while monitoring product quality to ensure member satisfaction. Secure all association assets and provide counsel to management staff regarding training, supervision, and scheduling. Maintain a basic management philosophy to guide personnel toward optimal operating results and support internal controls. This onsite role requires a Florida CAM license, two years of onsite property management experience, and driving privileges.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida CAM license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Associates degree or higher
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
- HSA eligibility (Required High Deductible Medical Plan)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two-years as an Onsite (HOA) property manager
