Job Summary
Direct the work of department managers and develop annual operating, cash, and capital budgets while preparing monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors. Plan and approve operational policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with community by-laws and oversee the impact of association programs on member satisfaction. Secure association assets, coordinate long-range business plans, and maintain ongoing dialogue with members to elicit input on direction and improvements. Provide counsel to management staff regarding training, supervision, and scheduling while supporting internal controls and evaluating committee activities. Requires a Florida CAM license, two years of onsite HOA experience, driving ability, and an associates degree or higher.

- Valid DL

- Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens
- Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
