Job Summary
Answer inbound customer service calls, emails, and chats for members regarding credit cards, loans, and account maintenance. Assist with fraud-related inquiries, recover online credentials, and complete account updates such as authorized users and balance transfers. Document interactions clearly and accurately while escalating issues as needed per established procedures. Meet service level, quality, and attendance expectations. This onsite role supports a financial services client, offering a $19/hour rate for candidates with at least one year of customer service experience.
