Onsite AV Support Technician II

Job Summary
Setup and breakdown of conference spaces for customer events, perform maintenance support on AV/UC systems including troubleshooting, projector lamp changes, and filter cleaning. Execute preventative maintenance tasks such as testing cables, repairing hardware components, and cleaning equipment like camera lenses and fans. Provide direct assistance to end users, install non-complex AV components, and support video/audio recording. Coordinate RMA processing, parts procurement, and maintain accurate inventory of spare parts. Conduct job site documentation and provide client training on AV/UC technology as needed. Travel to various customer and construction-type sites as required. Valid driver's license and 2–3 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
- Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner including soldering & crimping connectors
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control
- Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred
