Job Summary
Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer responsible for onshore EPC projects including feasibility/conceptual study, pre-FEED/FEED for gas-based power plants and other onshore facilities. Leads technical validation, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant codes and client specifications; develops corporate standards and procedures; mentors junior engineers; manages interface with other disciplines; supports bid proposals with manhour and cost estimates; raises technical queries to clarify design basis; delivers instrument calculations, data, and as-built deliverables; supports construction, commissioning, and operation teams; ensures adherence to HAZOP/HAZID/HAZOP_CLOSEOUT items and Project Design Philosophies; proficient in SPI, AVEVA Instrument, and Instru Cal, with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Instrument/ Electronics & communication or equivalent Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with 3 years’ experience at Onshore EPC contractor
- Working experience in Engineering Software - SPI, AVEVA Instrument, Instru Cal
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with and to communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, clients and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
