Training is provided, and candidates should be reliable, patient, and capable of communicating well with clients and the care team. Flexible shifts (often 1–4 hours) are available to fit varied schedules, with strong pay per visit or per hour rates depending on the assignment. Must be age 21–79, have a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
