Job Summary
Engage with prospective clients to learn about their travel interests and vacation goals while sharing destination ideas and current travel opportunities through digital communication. Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences to recommend personalized options based on individual preferences and budgets. Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages, guiding clients through available options and the reservation process. Communicate professionally via email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings, collaborating with approved suppliers to confirm bookings and review itineraries for accuracy. Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations while staying informed on travel trends and supplier promotions. Deliver exceptional client support before, during, and after travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
