Online Travel Agency (OTA) Pricing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OTA Pricing Specialist to oversee pricing operations for client properties across major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Rentals United, VRBO, etc.). The role involves configuring property pricing, listings, and reports through PMS systems (Guesty) and channel managers, ensuring units are ready for reservations, handling repair requests, maintaining data parity, and contributing to distribution and boosting strategies. The candidate will coordinate with remote teams (customer success and account managers) to optimize pricing, promotions, and partnerships (Genius, Superhost, Premier Host, etc.), stay aligned with tax/configuration updates, and maintain strong relationships with renters and guests. Required experience includes 2-3 years in property/short-term rental pricing and OTAs management, familiarity with major OTAs, and ability to work remotely. Proficiency with Spanish and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant property/short-term rental pricing experience
- 2-3 years of relevant OTAs management experience
- 1-2 years of relevant property / VR management experience desired
- Proficiency with Booking.com, Expedia.com, and other OTAs (e.g., Agoda, VRBO, Travelstaytion)
- Experience with Rentals United and PMS (Guesty) is advantageous
- Strong PC literacy, MS Office, Google Workspace, communication tools, and remote-work capability
- Bilingual Spanish and English (written and spoken) at least B2-C1 level in English; Native/Fluent Spanish
