Online Testing Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate online testing activities for the Testing Services team: set up Online Testing, monitor test sessions, communicate with remote proctors, perform data entry, and prepare test booklets for reuse. Provide general customer support via phone and email, assist with general office duties, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong computer skills, excellent communication, ability to prioritize tasks, and a collaborative, calm, team-oriented approach. Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder with familiarity with education/homeschooling and align with the Bob Jones University creed and biblical worldview.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Training or experience in education and/or homeschooling beneficial
- Born-again Christian with personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Bob Jones University creed, mission, and core biblical doctrines
