Job Summary
As the Online Support Team Member, you will work from the Waterloo location and primarily be responsible for picking, packing, and processing online orders, printing invoices and shipping labels, shipping orders via the designated carrier, processing refunds, and monitoring customer service emails and phone calls. You will maintain product and service knowledge, check orders for fraud or payment issues, resolve order issues with the Manager, prepare shipping documentation, stock shipping supplies as needed, and adapt your communication style to clearly convey information to a range of individuals. This role supports an online/e-commerce operation within the Goodness Me! store environment and contributes to healthy-living product goals and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in retail
- Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals
- Great communication skills
- High degree of initiative and integrity
