Job Summary
Online Store Manager responsible for day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the Lely Store across markets. Owns catalogues, pricing, availability and content flows; drives conversion, repeat orders, and adoption; collaborates with marketing, logistics, and Lely Centers to align campaigns and customer journeys; translates insights into concrete improvements and works with Product/IT to implement changes. Requires hands-on ownership mindset, practical, execution-focused approach, and ability to optimize usability for farmers and LCs. Strong operational and data-driven skillset with experience in e-commerce platforms, CMS, product data, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The role emphasizes improvement of platform performance, usability, and revenue across multiple markets; hybrid work arrangement on campus with in-person and remote elements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce / digital commerce / online retail operations
- Strong understanding of online buying journeys and conversion
- A data-driven mindset
- Experience with CMS, product data and platform management
- Strong stakeholder skills
