Job Summary
Instructors are sought to teach in an undergraduate Software Development program, requiring a Master's degree in Computer Science and 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates must have programming skills in various languages including C, C++, and Python, as well as experience with relational databases. Responsibilities include teaching one live session weekly and holding an office hour, while providing technical support and building rapport with students. Work occurs in a 5-week accelerated course format, with training and mentoring provided.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Programming experience in C, C++, Coral, Python, Java, Assembly, Javascript, CSS, HTML and/or SQL
- Understanding of and experience with relational database environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
