Job Summary
Carefully select products for online grocery guests following notes and preferences, then organize and stage orders while offering thoughtful substitutions and communicating updates. Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service while maintaining a clean and organized Online Grocery area. Assist guests with inquiries both in-store and online, and support the team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders. Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule is required, with adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. This part-time role at Festival Foods ensures guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries picked with care and ready for pickup.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout the shift
- Valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
