Job Summary
Pick products for customer online orders, ensuring freshness and staging items in optimal temperature zones while following written and verbal notes. Offer suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items and record reasons on handheld devices. Retrieve orders from staging, process payments and digital coupons, load groceries into customer vehicles, and inform clients of modifications. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Curbside area and staging zones per company procedures. Provide in-store and online support for customer inquiries regarding the Curbside Program. Scan all bagged items, charge orders accurately including tax and service fees, and report pricing, location, temperature, and product quality discrepancies to management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
